Are you a beginner golfer that seems to be getting golf driving tips from anyone other than a golf pro? Here’s what you should do with all those tips, forget them all! Don’t read stuff in a magazine and try to duplicate the advice that you just read in an article. The same goes for all that time you have spent searching for golf driving tips for longer distance as well. Forget them all and if you can get them out of your head, why?
Because if you are a beginner and especially if you are a beginner the first thing you need to do if you are serious about learning the game of golf is to go and get a coach. Preferably someone that has quite a few years of experience and is a regular at teaching the sport of golf. For all sports no matter the age, if you are serious about learning the right way than you need a coach. It seems though that golf more than any other sport has a lot of do it yourselves.
I guess I understand why that is since you don’t need anyone to play the sport other than yourself. So it being an individual sport people seem to feel the need to take it upon themselves to head on out to the closest driving range and start driving some balls. Usually people go out there with a few tips that they receive from a buddy or a video clip that they saw on the internet about golf driving tips. The problem as I see it with all these tips is not the tips themselves as most of them have real validity. The issue as I see it is knowing whether all these golf tips that you are reading really do apply to the type of golf swing you have. Since you don’t have a coach watching you how can you really know what type of golf swing you have and what needs to be adjusted in order to improve your swing? So that is my one only real golf tip that should apply to all beginning golfers, get a coach to help you learn the game and your swing!
